A lot of time and effort has gone into this bike and the result is an awesome looking and running fun bike that really turns heads. Less than 100 miles are on it since I finished the project this spring. Upon purchase the bike had the engine rebuilt and frame completely stripped and freshly powder coated in a glossy black. I have tinkered with it since last summer and made more improvements than I can probably remember to list. The following are some of the changes and improvements. -Like New Frame - Was stripped bead blasted and Powder coated glossy black. -Engine Rebuilt - only about 100 miles on it since rebuild -Custom Exhaust - sounds great for a 350 -Freshly Wrapped headers -New Cables all around - Brakes, clutch, and electrical -Gauges Calibrated -Custom made Cafe Racer Seat (even hinged to frame with key locking mechanism) -Custom Turn Signals front and back -Clubman Bars -Custom Single left hand bar end mirror -Rewired entire bike -Replaced chrome springs on rear and newer shocks -Flat black engine covers -New chrome Fuel Cap and gasket -Tires are basically new -Brakes rather new -Chrome is in great condition on entire bike -Transmission and clutch shift perfect I am probably forgetting a few things, overall though the bike is ready to ride, runs perfect, starts on First Kick, near mint all around. A fun bike to take to bike and car shows, gets lots of attention. Every time I have had it out I have had people stop and talk to me about it. I absolutely love the bike but I am selling to buy and start another project, looking at either converting an old triumph over to cafe or possibly a classic car of some kind. Only Negatives on the bike at all which in no way are obvious, (things I may improve down the road if I don't sell it), Paint on gas tank had a couple scratches from rocks that I touched up and if you look very close you can see the touchup marks (overall paint on tank however is near perfect, the marks are on the underside so not obvious at all), Engine block itself is in good shape but if you wanted the entire bike to be mint it could probably use a good cleaning in all the nooks, Right plastic decorative carburetor cover has small crack at bottom. Other than that the bike is perfect, never layed down, and all around a real looker, its ready to ride and take to shows. Please note that in the pictures the left header wrap is darkened because I had spilled some oil on it and it burnt as I rode it. I ordered new wrap and will be rewrapping it before I sell. Will consider trades of similar value, MG, Triumph Spitfire, or similar classic small car. Feel free to ask any questions or if you would wish to see any specific pictures that I have not listed. Thanks, Jim On Jul-11-11 at 16:25:20 PDT, seller added the following information: 7/11/11 - Buy it now price reduced from $3100 to $2900!!! This is a steal for whats been put into the bike so far.
