FORD 1962 Galaxie 500 2 door club sedan. One of a kind original rare model and 35a color trim package. 3 on the tree column shift with original 292 engine. Runs strong drives strong. Always garaged.Generator needs to be rebuilt or retro fitted for an alternator it will not charge the battery. The transmission, clutch and brakes in good shape. Carburetor is newly rebuilt. Gas tank newly flushed and fuel gauge sending unit new. Brand new battery.Original dealer tag plate shown on the truck lid from Springfield, MO. The grille is not correct it is from 1961 Galaxie though I do have the star grille ornament from the 1962 if you should change back. Also have some additional spare parts such as 2 new shocks, 2 new springs, fuel filter, additional trim, car cover etc...Brand new white wall tires including spare that still need the protective blue to be cleaned off. The running side trim not shown on the right side is included and ready to be installed. Undercarriage very solid, clean with little or no rust. Glass packs on the dual exhaust tips for that rad rod feel. Been part of the family for some years but I cant garage her anymore.
