In fact, this is the nicest 1989 Town car we've seen since about 1991 - it is remarkable. This Signature model looks fantastic, runs great, and comes with a full a compliment of luxury and convenience features. This 1989 Town Car has just 89,987 original miles on it. Looks great from every angle. Exterior features include optional factory "turbine-style" alloy wheels. The exterior is in very, very good shape. The paint shines all around. There aren't any notable dents or dings. It's a dark red metallic color. Lincoln calls it "Midnight Currant Red Pearl"" Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. The coach rood is also in excellent shape. Other exterior features include keypad entry and a thermometer. The interior is also in very nice shape, obviously a reflection of the low mileage on the car. The leather seats have no rips, burn marks, or tears. Both front seats have power controls. Please take note of the condition of the interior trim - it looks almost brand new. The rear seat is clean and comfortable. The dash and door panels are also excellent. This Lincoln has some nice luxury and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; AM/FM/Cassette Stereo; Power Antenna: Tilt wheel; Cruise control; Auto climate control air conditioning; Rear defrost, and much more. PLEASE NOTE that the radio volume is very low. There is a manual with the car. There's plenty of space in the trunk. The 5.0 liter V8 runs very well. Its rated at 150 hp and 27 lb-ft of torque. It feels more powerful than that. the car runs and drives like a Lincoln - solid and smooth. The car currently has 89,987 miles on it. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. This car is being driven, so it will have more miles by the time the auction is over. The tires have good tread all the way around. The turbine-style wheels are all very nice - no curb rash. We can't find any rust on the body - even the undersides of the doors are rust-free. The car is clean underneath, and there is no rot. We do not reveal reserve price amounts, so please don't ask. We prefer to see all auctions through to the end in order to get the best price for a vehicle. We are a dealer however, and all vehicles are for sale to the public. We therefore reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early if the vehicle is sold. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive or net negative feed back. Payment and Fees We will add a $249 dealer prep charge to the final bid price. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, Fed-Exing of packages and other document handling costs. If a vehicle is not picked up within 10 days of the auction close, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable storage fee. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up (sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Paypal at this time) . If these forms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Final payment is expected within five (5) days thereafter. If you are a Florida resident, you will be required to pay applicable sales tax and registration fees.
