1970 FORD F-250 SPORT CUSTOM/ 390 v-8 / 20,100 ORIGINAL MILES CLASSIC TRUCK I am Auctioning off a Rare 1970 FORD F-250 SPORT CUSTOM, with 20,000 original miles, there isn't any leaks at all from the motor, tranni, or rear end. This truck was kept in california from 1970-2003, my uncle tom past away and the truck was left to my mom. We drove it from California to Indiana with out any problems. My mom gave me the truck and I brought it to Tennessee where I live, this truck drives' GOOD. I drive this truck about once a week to take the trash down the road and back this is a great truck, I just dont have much use for it even though I enjoy driving it. My Uncle Tom bought this truck in 1970 new in California. It had a camper on it and he only used it to go camping, This truck was well taken care of and had all of its oil changes on time. My Uncle kept a seat cover on the seat, a dash cover on the dash, and carpet on the floor, I just recently took the carpet up and the floor the dash and seats are in really good shape, to be honest the whole truck is in good shape it is NOT all rusted it has fading to the paint from the California sun. This truck starts right up and drives great, the only thing that will need to be done is an alignment I had just had one done and they have the "TOE" out just a little. So nothing majior. This would be a GREAT TRUCK for a collector it would need a good paint job and the alignment. It has the original oil change stickers on the door and on the inside of the glove box with the miles on them. It has a small dint in the passanger side door. The Body the Frame under the Hood is all in good shape and is NOT RUSTED the truck has Minor surface rust in some spots but this will all be taken care of with a good paint job. It is also a 2 wheel drive possietrack rear end, it also has the bigger rear end and transmission for pulling or hauling, and it has new shocks and 2 gas tanks.
