1968 Buick GS 400 Convertible 340 hp 400 V8 4v well optioned car from the factory A/C PS buckets, PT and more. Very original and unmolested, the easiest cars to store and worth more $ when done. Factory OE thru out and what I believe to be an all original AZ CAR. Minimal rust compared to most cars this old out there Unrestored , with minor work it could be a daily driver. It does need a freeze plug on the pass side of the motor the water flows out fairly easily (so not driveable long term) Of course it will need a full tune up very least. Shows 30k on it, Im sure its turned over once. Its been off the road most of its life in the last 5 yrs. Bucket seats and console are cool. The Ragtop wasted away about 5 yrs ago so the interior got pretty beat dirty and dryed out. Starts and runs and brakes well. I buzzed it around the parking lot a few times, its fun. What you will see in the pics below is: Ive been all over and Under the car, and have pics to below to prove our claims. We really try to have realistic reserves on all of our auctions and want to sell cars, not sit on them for another year. LOTS OF PICS, it may take a full minute for them all to load if you have a slow connection, so be patient. I didnt find any rust on this car to speak of other then some mild surface stuff. The chrome and stainless is very clean too. Exactly what you would expect from an AZ CAR. This is a great car to restore 100% and would do so nicely. Or just fix a few things and drive it the way it is. Most people never even knew these where made. It is an example of a era gone but very well respected. Remember: they arent making anymore :) My take is this has been in Az its whole life. Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain. Check out All the pics and then look for more info AFTER the pics etc. There are over 100, make sure you use the schroll bar on the side to see them all. POWER TOP MOTOR IS BURNED OUT but comes with the car. TOPS goes up and down manually. BOTH hyudraulic lines are broken. TIRES ARE OLD AND BAD, Car looks to have the factory RALLEY RIMs If you treat yourself to buying one of our cars, youll never buy a rust bucket again from anyone !! Doing restoration on this type of project is less labor intensive which means overall cost is less too ! With less horrid surprises later on. VERY RUST FREE Buick ragtop and prob one of the nicest un restored and most original represented here on Ebay. The blue paint has almost turned grey from so many yrs in the sun. I couldnt find any bondo on the car. Interior needs work, but not to be a daily driver. Car is TOO NICE not to restore it like showroom condition. So there you have it, the pics show very well what to expect. IF you buy another GS thats not as well represented, do so at your own risk !!
