Vehicle Detail

Only 60,800 miles! I’ve owned this car for 5 ½ years and am only the second owner since ’03. The car has been very dependable throughout this whole time. This car is in outstanding condition inside, outside, under the hood and in the trunk. If you’re looking for a real bargain price, you’ll have to look somewhere else. But if you’re looking for a car that you can get into in Tucson and drive to Bangor, Miami, Seattle or San Diego, this is the car for you. According to recent news stories in the newspaper and on TV, quality used cars have actually increased in value in the last year – some by as much as 30%. There are a lot of cars out there, but not many in this condition. As of this writing, I could only find one other car like this with similar mileage between Ebay, Used Cars.com or Auto Trader.com . The asking price on that car is several thousand dollars higher than my reserve, so I think this ’03 SSEi is probably the best buy out there, and we’re talking about the entire country. The only reason I’m selling this car is that I have one more car than garage spaces and I’m renting a storage unit for the extra car, so one of them has to go. In spite of the fact that this is a full size car with just about every option you could put on a 2003 car, it is very fuel efficient. I have gotten as high as 32 mpg on the highway with this car and routinely get 20+ mpg in town. I can’t guarantee that you’ll get this kind of mileage, but I can guarantee that I can. (If I keep off of the supercharger, that is). But it’s also nice to know that if you want the extra power provided by a supercharger, it’s available. This car is powered by the 3800 V-6 engine that General Motors put in literally millions of cars. There were over 25 million of these engines built and the supercharged version has been available since 1992. This car is the last year that the supercharged 3800 V-6 was available in the Pontiac Bonneville. The car has had had synthetic oil in it for years and was changed according to the oil life remaining indicator in the Driver Information Center. It was never allowed to go below 26% useful life remaining as shown on the onboard computer. The car has a 5speed automatic transmission which accounts for the excellent mileage. At 47 mph, it shifts into its highest gear and is only turning 1300 rpm at that speed. The engine is a Series II L-67 engine and has the Eaton Generation III M 90 Supercharger for you detail orientated buyers out there. All maintenance records since ’03. Her are just some of the features: Power seats Remote keyless entry with 2 sets of keys Power windows/doors/mirrors On-Star Theft-Deterrent system Memory seat and mirror positions Heads-up display Automatic Climate control system with separate temperature controls for driver and passenger. 6 speed blower. Eight outlets in front seat; four for driver and four for passenger. Two additional outlets in back seat. Anti-lock brakes and Traction Control System Driver Information Center Electronic Compass Audio controls on steering wheel Accessory tire inflator kit and compressor in trunk Original window sticker and owner’s manual. Ziebart rust protection applied when new Now for the stuff that only applies to 2% of the folks out there: If you have fewer than 10 feedbacks or under a 95% positive feedback rating, please contact me prior to bidding, or your bid will be canceled. Sorry about that, but it’s to protect me and the vast majority of bidders out there who are honest. If you have any questions, you can contact me here or on my cell phone at 520.661.1817. Be sure to bid early and bid often; the vehicle is also for sale locally, so it may not last through the auction period. Good luck!On Jun-07-11 at 13:35:24 PDT, seller added the following information: The interior color is actually Taupe, but that was not one of the choices on the drop-down list when I submitted the ad.
