2 owner XJS with a clean title and very low mileage. This car is by no means a perfect example and the price definitely reflects that. If you are looking for a perfect one there is currently one just like this advertised on here for almost $15,000 I am going to describe the car the best that i can and am willing to show it to prospective buyers. The car is completely original and unmolested, it has been driven sparingly and has been well maintained and serviced. The pictures speak for themselves however the paint is not perfect, there is a little fading on the roof and a nickel size dent on the trunk. The headliner is sagging (this is a very common problem with these jags. I can have the headliner repaired for an additional $350) The interior is beautiful, the seats show very little wear and the wood is very beautiful. The only exception is the center console shifter slope. It is cracked and peeling (there is a guy on ebay that sells the OEM replacement for $175) The car is mechanically sound except for a slight power steering leak that is coming from the hose that goes to the rack. It is a pretty simple fix for someone who knows what they are doing. I recently drove this car 300 miles from Mass to North Jersey with No problems. The car drives straight and true with no funny noises or leaks. This car was purchased from the original owner (team doctor of the Boston Red Sox) back in 2003. This is the Rouge Collection and a very special car. I am offering the car at what I believe to be a very fair price, however I will entertain reasonable offers.
