Description: This auction is for a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (P71) that was used as a police vehicle. It has 76383 original miles and is a rust-free California car. The car comes with a clear California title and has just passed a California smog test inspection (inspection report included). The car is sold without license plates. This vehicle is equipped with a 4.6L EFI V8 gas engine, 4-speed automatic transmission, 3.55 traction-lok rear axle, silicone coolant hoses, air conditioning, 6-way power driver’s seat, AM/FM stereo radio, anti-lock brakes, tilt wheel, power steering, power brakes, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, power trunk release, rear window defroster and driver/passenger air bags. The vehicle condition is consistent with most used police vehicles. This car runs and drives well and has not been involved in any major accidents. The tires and brakes are good. Both rear doors can only be opened with the outer door handles. The power door lock button must be used to operate the rear door locks as they can not be used manually. The rear seat comes with shoulder belts only and does not include the seat belt receptacles. The volume/power knob on the radio works intermittently. Everything else on the car works including the A/C. There are holes located in the roof and one in the truck lid which where used for police equipment (see photos). Both front doors have been painted flat black. The interior has been altered to allow for police equipment and the dome light does not work when the doors are opened but does work when using the headlight switch. The vehicle comes with the factory jack but does not include a spare wheel or tire. No other parts or accessories come with this vehicle. This vehicle is owned and operated by a municipality and has always received regular preventive maintenance service. Included with the sale are the service/repair records for the car dating back to 2002, owner’s/work shop manual and original window sticker. Scheduled inspections of the vehicle may be made prior to the close of the auction. Payment is due within seven (7) days from close of auction. The vehicle will not be released until payment has been received and cleared. Buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up and registration. We are unable to provide shipping quotes or locate/select a shipper. Vehicle must be picked up within 30-days from close of auction. If the vehicle is being sent out of the country, the buyer is responsible for completing all required paperwork. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS.
