This low mileage 1984 Mercedes-Benz 380SL is in EXCELLENT condition inside and out - and it runs GREAT. Its a true classic, and a fine example of the breed. This car impressed us, and we're sure it will impress you too. Not only is it in fantastic shape, it runs and drives as well today as it did when it was new - simply remarkable. There are no scratches, dents or dings on the body, and the paint shines all around. The paint is all original. All signs point to this car being garage kept. The hard top is included with the car. The soft top is in like-new condition. No holes, rips, or tears, and the rear window is clear. The well for the top is clean and free of rust. There is a sun screen included with the car. It is a two-piece model with brackets mounted inside each edge of the windshield. The interior is also in excellent condition. There are no rips, holes, or tears in the leather seats. The carpets, dash and door panels are also in excellent condition. This car has the optional rear seat. The power windows, power antenna and radio work, and the air conditioning blows cold. The wood trim is all in very nice shape. The dash is pristine. The books and top tools are with the car. The trunk is spotless, just like the rest of the car. The 3.8 V8 very, very well. We don't have any maintenance records, but its obvious the car has been properly maintained. The motor runs strong and smooth, and the engine compartment is clean.p> AsAs nice as this car is, the highlight is still the way it runs and drives. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up (sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Paypal at this time) .
