1975 Suzuki GT550

i bought this bike in the late 90's with the intention of restoring it. it has been sitting in my shed ever since so it is time to let it go. the bike ran when i bought it but the left cylinder had no spark. i belive a new coil pack will fix this. i think it would still run but i did not try to start it because the inside of the gas tank has rusted. the bike has good compression and kicks over freely. the throttle, carb. linkage, and clutch also move freely. all the lights and lenses are in good working order. it has electric start but the battery is shot, i assume it still works. the exhaust pipes have rust holes in them. it has a vetter windjammer III fairing and shoei hard saddle bags. the bike was last registered in 1984 in hasen't been ridden since so it will need work to make it road worthy but it is 100% complete, right down to the tool kit. it is a great restoration candidate or if you need parts this one has them all. i do not have a title but i do have a certificate of registration from the last owner. it might make it easier to get a new title. if you need any more info. you can give me a call. thanks and good luck. 414-491-0864On Jun-14-11 at 15:14:19 PDT, seller added the following information:note to all the international bidders. i do not have a title, nor am i willing to get a title. i have a certificate of registration from 1984 with the previous owners name, which may or may not be good enough to get it through customs. the bike is sold as is, where is. i can crate it for $150 u.s. and give you a address where a truck can pick it up. the rest is up to you. i can deliver the bike within 200 miles of milwaukee, wi. for $1.50 per loaded mile.
