Bike is in very good condition. Everything is there down to the complete tool kit,owners manual and the two mirrors. I bought the bike from the original owner twelve years ago at that time it had 2,000 miles. The flaws are small scratches on top of the tank right next to the seat left hand side. The owner told me he had keys on his side that rubbed on the tank. The two outside rubber boots[from the carbs to the air box] are cracked and need to be replaced in the near future. You can still buy them on Ebay. The good things, the original pipes are in great shape no rust or rust threw holes on the underside where most of these pipes rust out. I replaced the ignition switch with a new[nos] switch from Honda and front brake pads two years ago. The gas tank is in very good shape no rust on the inside and the outside decals are in great shape. Side covers are in the same great shape. All lights,blinkers,horn and starter button work perfect. Seat is in mint condition no tears or rips. Saturday 5-14-11 I flushed out the old brake fluid and put in new,changed the oil and oil filter,bought a new battery and changed the plugs. The points and condenser seem to be in good shape. If you are looking for a well maintaned all original CB550K this is the bike. When the bike has not been used it was stored inside a garage and I hope it gets that care when it is sold.
