WOW! 2009 TOYOTA TACOMA 5-SP/MT I4 4X4 SR5 NO RESERVE !!! *** ARE YOU KIDDING ME? NO, MY FRIEND, READ ON *** WHAT A PERFECT VEHICLE FOR SOMEONE THAT NEEDS A TRUCK EVEN W/ THESE INCREASED GAS PRICES – VY GOOD POWER, MANUAL TRANSMISSION, 4 CYL, GAS SIPPER (17/22), BUT STILL A 4X4 AND VERY SERVICEABLE AS A PICKUP! GREAT FOR THE TIMES! Vehicle condition is Excellent (Superb? Stellar? Outstanding?). Pics show this. Purchased July 2009. Garage kept for most of its life (you see garage behind it in pics) – it slept most nights in garage, but couple in driveway. Definitely wintered in garage. So few miles its amazing -- ~8600 (shown in pic). We bought this as a third vehicle, with intent to use for pickup truck uses and light towing. Well, we sold our light boat in Summer 2010, and now the next boat we have sights on exceeds towing capacity. Darn it – we love this truck. Drives as new – I think you can still detect new car smell from time to time, but that may be just in my head. Other condition notes: There are only two things I would mention negatively for condition. One, the floor mats look a little bad. These are the OEM mats – many options for aftermarket floor protectors. The vehicle carpet is fine/perfect under them. Two, I mention the Undercover tonneau below. There is a slight blemish in the right rear corner (shown in one of the last pics). This blemish did not occur while on the truck – actually, it arrived with the blemish in shipping, and it was so minor I didn’t hassle with complaining and trying to get a new cover. The primary list of OEM options is the SR5 package, which includes: power mirrors, remote keyless, cruise control, variable speed wipers, exterior niceties, leather steering wheel w/ audio controls, and BACKUP CAMERA & AUTO DIMMING MIRROR w/ MONITOR (backup cam is definitely nice). Otherwise, it has all the standard mechanical, safety, exterior and interior equipment that comes with Tacoma Access Cab 4x4. Added EXTRAS to the above: · Rustproofing and undercoating (yes, I threw the sales girl a bone – I did it b/c we live in a salt state area and they claim that trucks aren’t undercoated as standard for states which don’t salt); · Drawtite tow hitch & wiring (this should be wonderful small tow pickup for light applications, such as a pair of jetskis or small boat – the advertised capacity is 3500 lbs limit) · Undercover SE tonneau cover (vy nice, good looks, vy easy on & off ~10min, ~$600 value) · Transferrable service contract (~$1k value, good for 84 mos/100k miles, comprehensive coverage) – note, I have maintenance records, but have not had serviced due to low overall miles – it has only been fed synthetic Mobil 1 its whole life. Well, I really planned on keeping this until (vehicular) old age, but can’t justify owning 2 trucks, and V8 is now needed. Incidentally, we didn’t hardly tow at all before we sold the smaller boat (~2500 lbs incl trailer), so don’t worry that its been used for much towing (maybe 5 times). Bid with confidence – history report shows clean, pics/description is accurate, and my feedback is established. I’m going to throw this up for NO RESERVE. That’s my preferred method on eBay – let the bidders determine final price. I believe this is how eBay is supposed to work – no hidden “Reserve Prices”, not simply another classified ad with too high “Buy it now” price. I’ve researched the nominal prices on NADA and KBB, listed below for you: · NADA: Rough Trade In $19,425; Avg Trade In $20,675; Clean Trade In $21,675; Clean Retail $25,025 · KBB: (Private Seller) Fair $22,060; Good $23,710; Excellent $24,760 · I’m only providing these for reference and to assist you looking them up, which I’m sure you would – obviously a NR auction will find its own sweet spot (remember, a deep thought, something is only worth what someone else is willing to pay); also, these look ups are for the vehicle, condition & miles only, and aren’t adjusted in any fashion for the EXTRAs (which only you can consider for their intrinsic value) The highest bid takes it! I would not have a problem assisting on this end for shipping arrangements (like taking it to a commercial vendor), but the buyer has to coordinate, pay for, etc. I will also agree to meet the winning bidder within 100 miles of 20878 (or at a half way point between winning bidders location, whichever is less); this should open up convenient access to further metro areas such as Philadelphia, Pittsburg, or Richmond.
