Vehicle Detail
This is an all original, clean 1990 Chevy Camaro RS. It is in excellent condition. I had it fully inspected this week by a highway patrol officer who stated that it is one of the finest camaros he had ever seen, the best condition given the age. I have his receipt of inspection available if interested. You will not find one in better condition given the age. This is a true collector's car. This is not your ordinary standard camaro. The color is a special customized racing color based on the famous Astin Martin DB7, as well as some of the vintage racing Jaguars. It is one of a kind, painted a gorgeous "Spruce Green Pearl Metallic,” with a dual dark green racing stripe down the center. Depending on the light, the paint is somewhat silver in color (very striking and original color). The paint is still in good condition overall with some flaws to be expected. The paint cost over $1200 a few years ago. I still have some of the paint which I can include with the car to the buyer. The car has a 305 engine, V8, with 116,770 miles. This car has a lot of power. It has lots of new parts including a new fuel pump, fuel filter, near new tires (high dollar tires), etc etc. It is ready to drive and sounds great! The Camaro is all original, having been kept in excellent condition for the last 20 years. The interior is all original. There are two newer seat covers on the front two seats. I also have two of its original black Camaro hubcaps (difficult to find and highly valuable) which I will include for free to the buyer of the car. These hubcaps are valued at hundreds of dollars by themselves to collectors. Also, included is the original spare tire, original owner’s manual as well as warranty information and other booklets valued at hundreds of dollars by themselves. I will also include a 4000 pound tire jack for free to the buyer (also worth over $100). I am reluctant to sell this wonderful car, but I need to make space. I am only the second owner of the car having owned it since 1992. It has been extremely well cared for, stored indoors for its entire life, the oil changed regularly, and absolutely no problems whatsoever. Most of the parts including the fuel filter, fuel pump and tires are new. It has been a great car. Original camaros hold their value, and are great investments, especially ones like this that are in excellent condition. I have checked on prices for similar Camaros, and have been told that $4000-5000 is a very good price for this camaro, especially given the condition. I have priced this car to sell. I have seen similar Camaros in worse condition, and more mileage, sell for as much as $7500, so this price is quite low and intended to move the car quickly. I have had much interest and questions already, so I am confident it will sell quickly. If interested, contact me soon as the car is listed locally for sale as well. Serious bidders only! No zero feedback bidders will be allowed. Winning bidder pays all costs. I accept payment via cash, money order, bank transfer, and paypal (as long as fees are paid). If you have any questions please let me know. Thank you for the interest.
