1971 Super Volkswagen Beetle Convertible Summer is just around the corner and here is your chance to drive top-down in this beautiful convertible. You are looking at a really awesome black-on-black with red accent Harley Davidson theme Super Beetle Convertible! This is a SOLID rust free California car that gets attention everywhere it goes. This car has been loved, well taken care of and even been used in local parades. The interior is in great condition. The windows go up and down as they should and the doors open and close solidly with little effort. All the lights work properly. Although it comes with Harley Davidson seat covers, the driver seat does have two rips. Mechanically the car is in very good condition. It drives exceptionally well with good response and power from the engine and the gearbox shifts smoothly. Brakes, suspension and steering are all excellent. All electrical systems work perfectly. This is a great daily driver. This VW has new tires with classic style white-wall inserts. The vinyl top is in great condition apart from two small tears, see picture for details. All the glass are in perfect condition. The rear windows are tinted, however the top window tint has come off in some areas. The black paint is nice and shinny although, there are some minor blemishes on the passenger side door that could easily be buffed out. This Super Beetle has a superb audio system including a Kenwood stereo with remote, a set of three 5" Kenwood speakers in the front and a set of two 9" Rockford Punch speakers as well as a P3001 amplifier in the back. The car is available for inspection anytime during the auction.
