Offered here is a 1931 Plymouth Deluxe Fordor Sedan model PA. This car was originally from Michigan and has been cared for very well during its life. Sometime during the 50’s or 60’s it received a partial restoration consisting of new paint, interior, brightwork redone and mechanics overhauled. I bought the car 6 years ago and rebuilt the hydraulic brakes, carb, and fuel pump and generally went over the car to get it running after being in storage for many years. The paint is flaking in places, but there is no rust in the body and this car is extremely solid. The interior is still fresh and in great condition as is the glass. This car has nearly ever option offered by Plymouth in 31’ They are: grille guard, very rare dual sidemounts, chrome wheel trim, luggage rack (this rack is not the original to the car) and more. The BAD NEWS, after running and driving the car for about 25 miles, it started to vibrate. I pulled into a parking lot and shut it off. When I tried to start the car it would not turn over. It is no longer in running condition. I do not know the exact extent of the repairs needed, but safe to say it may need a complete rebuild or another motor. It has been suggested that this would be a killer resto-rod street rod project or an easy restoration since it is so solid and complete. The new owner can make that decision.
