******* Up for sale is a 1986 F250 ******** This truck is NO RESERVE. This is a very solid truck with many options. I bought and used this truck for plowing my driveway this past winter. I am selling for two reasons. 1) The truck is too big for my needs 2) The transmission has started to slip and I just do not have the time to pull it out. Here is the the details as best as I can recall. The truck has a few dings, but NO RUST. This truck has had a transplant from the 5.8L to a ford 460 with a holley 850 double pump. It comes with a myers powerangle plow that is 100%. I replaced all the hoses and had the pump rebuilt last year. The wiring is new as well. The truck has a current PA inspection and runs very strong. There is a class three hitch. A 3" body lift, strobe lights, back up beepers, toolbox and bedliner. It is a four wheel drive. 4X4 is very strong and works well, the hubs turn very freely. The truck drives straight and stops straight. There is a little play in the steering which seems to be at the box. It is adjustable but I never looked at it. I just changed the oil and plugs. there is a 6 CD changer in it as well. The frame is siolid with no rust, bed is also solid. It has two tanks but the front one is not there. The transmission has reverse and forward will work when cold, but seems to lose pressure after it warms up and slips. It is a C6 trans. This is allot of truck and all you need to be up and running is some seals in the trans. HAPPY BIDDING!!
