1965 impala convertible . NO RESERVE First I would like to say that yes you can own this beautiful classic car and not be afraid to drive it. Parts are available everywhere from any part places like PartSource or napa. Other parts can be bought from hundreds of restoration places all over the USA and Canada. You are looking at a 1965 Chevrolet Impala Convertible. Small gas sipping V8 283 with a 2 speed powerglide. The can has been loved and taken care off all its life. The interior has all been replaced and hasent seen the road since it was restored. The original color combanation is Roman Red exterior with Red interior which it has retained. BODY.............................Freshly painted , original fenders, Original quater panels. All nice and straight. power roof in great shape. POWERTRAIN...............V8 283 2bbl with a indestructable 2 speed Powerglide. Starts drives , shifts, without any problems INTERIOR......................All new , seats , door handles , window cranks , arm rests , door panels , carpet , seats rebuilt ,window weatherstrips. FRAME and FLOOR....Original frame and floors . This can was gone over, all brakes , suspension parts , bushings , links , were checked and replaced where needed to make this car a reliable cruiser. Alot of time and money was spent on the car from stripping the seats down to the springs and reapinting the springs and frames the seats were rebuilt a little firmer. High end Polk Audio speakers used. Details like original jacking instructions are in the car,original type reflective GM plackards on the inside doors, original Delco wash Delcovision bottle, heavy duty battery. New door weatherstrip, window fuzzies. A lot of time was spent on making the doors close easy without much effort needed you can close the doors with a gental push no slamming needed. Power roof works great. It should not need anything other then a tailpipe to pass a certification. The North American Dealers Organazation estimated the value of this car to be in the $25000 range. The can is located in Toronto Ontario Canada with a clear title in my name, I can ship it anywhere in the world or work with your shipping company . It is a 12 volt system with a negative ground just as all the cars have now...in the olden days some cars had 6volt systems and positive grounds which had odd quirky problems.
