1983 Honda CB

This is my 1983 Honda CB 1000 Custom. I bought this motorcycle new from C & L Cycle in Eldersburg, Maryland on 7/13/1983. I still have the original Bill of sale, the original brochure, the original Honda Owner's ID Card and other assorted paper work. It has 11,126 original miles. I put this motorcycle in the barn over 13 years ago. It is very original but needs attention. You will not be firing up and riding home. I'm sure the carbs need to be cleaned and inspected and will need a complete tune up. I have not run for several years and I do not know the extent of restoration needed. I know it ran great when I parked it. The turn signal rubber mounts are all dry rotted and will need to be replaced. There is some rust and pitting on the bike, especially on and around the exhaust system. I need to clean out the barn and the bike has to go. I have no intention of shipping or crating. You buy it, you pick it up. Of course there are no warranties implied or otherwise. There will be a very low reserve and I'm sure this bike will sell. Good Luck!
