This sale is for a 1970 Porsche 914-6 conversion rolling chassis sold without the motor or transmission. The car was purchased from Renn Sport in Sealy as a project car. Too many projects under way to continue. Renn Sport did the conversion somewhere in the eighties and the engine and transmission were removed in the mid nineties. Stored indoors in their climate controlled garage. The chassis has very low mileage and is in great condition. NO RUST and only a few paint chips for a car from 1970 til now. The 914 has GT Fenders front and rear, three piece racing alloy wheels, very nice lines with a very lightly used interior. To my knowledge everything works and the car just needs the engine/ transmission and a tachometer to make complete. It previously had a 2.0 liter six cyclinder with a 5 speed 914 transmission. The 914-6 oil lines, oil cooler and oil reservoir are all in place. See pictures and please feel free to contact me for further details. This would make a great candidate for a 3.0 liter or race car with a small block 350ci. Body is in great shape, agin NO RUST or bad seams. NO HELL HOLE ISSUES EVER. Perfect conversion restoration candidate. I have a new carpet kit, 914-6 chrome trim pieces a few pices of the engine tin, lots of small odds and ends.
