He bought it and replaced the Vortec V-6 that was originally in it with a 350 V-8 Chevy Engine. Engine runs very smoothly and sounds incredible. All gauges with the exception of the temperature gauge function correctly. Factory tachometer would not function with this engine setup so an aftermarket one has been installed and functions fine. Transmission shifts smoothly and the truck is very reliable. Engine doesn't smoke but does use about a quart of oil every 3k Miles. There is a little bit of rust bubbles starting on the left rear quarter panel just above the tire. There is a small tear in the Driver's side seat cushion but the passenger seat is in great shape. The whole truck was repainted about 4 years ago and the aftermarket hood was added at that time. Any questions by email will be answered within 24 hours. I can tell you that this truck was not chopped up in any way to make this 350 fit. I have restored several vehicles from the ground up and did not take any shortcuts. The engine fits and functions in this truck just like is was stock. Only issues were that the factory tack and temp gauge don't work because they were fed from the computer. I have aftermarket tach and temp gauge to remedy that. Air conditioning functions quite well...very cold actually. Spedo and cruise function properly as well. This is properly done 350 conversion that was done absolutely the way it's supposed to be done. If you are the high bidder on this, you won't be disappointed in the quality of the conversion of this truck.
