All of your expectations will be met. You will not be disappointed with this Metro! This clean 3 cylinder 1.0L metro was Carfaxed, then purchased in late October of 2009 with 47,975 original miles. It currently has 60,282 miles. The PA inspection is good till 12/11. A manual transmission is what I was after, but I could not let this sweet Automatic car slip away. The elderly gentleman which I obtained it from was either given or purchased it from his elderly lady friend. She has since entered into an elderly home and is in no need of a vehicle. As you can see in the title records, he didn't have it very long and it never left that general vacinity in PA. It was originally purchased at Reedman's in Langhorn. You will recieve the original bill of sale from Reedman's with her name on it. The proof of correct odometer reading is in the Carfax/autocheck, vehicles condition/performance, and cylinder compression tests (results below). The car served me reliably well for for roughly a year and 5 months. It doesn't burn or leak fluids, shifts/downshifts perfectly, starts right up and runs like a champ. I truely am sorry to see it go, I may kick myself afterwards. It is an awesome little car and the ONLY reason I am selling it is because I wanted a manual transmission and recently purchased a 98 1.0L 5/spd . I have left notes on some photos where there are minor imperfections that wont get overlooked by potential bidders. Overall the interior and exterior are in great condition for its age. There is a 3" circular melt in the rear carpet which does get hidden by the rear floor mat. The heat, cold a/c, lights, signals etc all function properly. The stock stereo works but doesn't sound that great. The volume goes up and down occasionally(cuts in and out) on its own like its losing the signal due to the antena. Maybe a loose wire or the antena? There are faded stenciled decals on front and rear which can be seen in the photos. The underside of the vehicle is in great shape with no holes rusted through and only minor surface rust on various bolts. The tires are in good shape and should be able to pass another inspection when this one runs out. This car needs NOTHING and is ready to be driven another 3,000 miles before routine maintanance(eg: oil and filter).
