Up for sale is my 2004 Jaguar XJ8. First off I am a non-smoker and refuse to allow someone to smoke in my vehicle. I will not own a car that has been smoked in. This Jaguar has always been kept out of the sun. The sun damages a car and the only real way of preserving it is keeping it in an enclosed garage. I am fortunante enough to have an employer with an enclosed garage as well. So the only time it see’s the sun is on the 12 mile ride back to my home and the local Publix. This has been the life of this car for the last 3 years. Prior to this it was owned by a elderly gentlemen who owned a chain of gift shops in the Orlando area. I bought it directly from him. This car has always been serviced by Jaguar of Tampa. I have all records of everything that has been done on this car from the day it was delivered. When I bought the car I had the Factory Dealer- Jaguar of Tampa do a few things. See below… 1.) Replace the Factory headliner with a brand new Factory Headliner. 2.) Replace the rear Air Conditioning System. Complete. 3.) Replace the Fuel Injection Throttle Body Complete. 4.) Replace the Air Conditioning electronic assembly. 5.) Replace the Thermostat Housing and Hose Assembly. 6.) Replace Water Pump. 6.) Replace all Belts Complete. 7.) Replace the Front Rotors and all Ceramic lining. Last October I replaced all four wheels with Michelin Primacy MXV4 Tires. In addition I had the complete fuel injection system cleaned. I only run 91 octane Premium in my Vehicles. I religiously change the oil every 3000 miles and only run Castrol Long life 5W-30. This car has never been wrecked or in an accident. All glass is matching. Included options: Heated Front AND Rear Seats, Leather and Extra Wood Treatments. 4 Door, Automatic Transmission, Rear Wheel Drive, Alloy Wheels, Custom Wheels, Fog lamps, Heated Windshield, Sun Roof, Air Conditioning, Auto-dim mirror, Center Console, Cruise Control, Heated Mirrors, Heated Seats, Leather Seats, Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Seats, Power Steering, Power Windows, Rear Air Conditioning, Rear Defrost, Tilt Electric Steering, Alarm, AM/FM Radio, Anti-theft, CD Changer, Key-less Entry, Memory Seats, Parking Assist Rear, Steering Wheel Controls, Stereo/Tape, Trip/Mileage Computer, Anti-lock Brakes, Backup Sensors, Driver Air Bag, Passenger Air Bag, Rear Air Bags, Side Air Bags, Traction Control. Interior is perfect. Dealers are great but they can only guess how the cars were driven and what services in full have been done. I won’t buy from them for that reason or I’ll factor in a lot of repairs when I buy from them. If your looking for a truly classic car then you found the right one.
