This rare Spyder is one of 138 built in 1995 with this color and equipment combination out of a total production run of 531. I am the second owner, am mature, and have owned it for 13 years. It only has 42,470 original miles. It has never been a daily driver and always garage kept. It has always been a Central California and Arizona car and has never been driven in the snow, and only in the rain a couple of times. The hard top automatically folds and retracts into the trunk. This gives you all of the convenience of a convertible, but with the safety and security of a hardtop. The top has been lightly used and has been retracted less than 400 times since new. The VR-4 Spyder is a high performance, technologically advanced automobile. It has all wheel drive and four wheel steering along with a six speed transmission. The three liter V-6 engine produces 320 horsepower with its twin turbochargers with twin intercoolers. It also has a dual mode suspension that will improve cornering when needed. It has an Infinity stereo system with a six CD changer and 8 speakers, cruise control, automatic temperature control (with the top up), power brakes, power steering, power windows, tilt steering wheel, dual airbags, 4 wheel disc brakes, and fold down rear seats. The car is all stock with the exception of a K&N air filter. It has been meticulously maintained and has been trouble free. The 60,000 mile service was done a few years ago which included the replacement of the timing belt. This was done solely as a precaution due to the age of the timing belt. It should be good for another 50,000 miles. The interior shows very little wear. The exterior is in very good condition, but there are a couple of small dings and a few small rock chips and scratches as you would expect with a sixteen year old car. It has never been in an accident or had any major repair work done. There very few VR-4 Spyders with this low milage. The car is in excellent condition and I am only selling it because I am ready for something new. I will answer any questions about the car and can provide additional photos upon request.
