1964 MG Midget 1098 Engine VIN# gan3l26597 Kansas Barn Find I bought this for my son who has lost interest. It's a great candidate for a restoration. This was a daily driver until electrical issues put it in the barn. It's been under cover until the last year The wire spoke wheels are in really good shape and even has the spare in the truck with a wire spoke wheel. has boot for top. There are two areas with some bubbling. The left rear fender and the passenger rocker panel. the jack holes are in great shape. a bad bondo repair on the nose of the hood shows some cracking. a somewhat new top, has a hole from a falling branch. Bows look to be in great shape all chrome and glass in great shape body is straight and in excellent shape. good rubber interior is in surprisingly good shape with good vinyl on the seats. the floor panels look good and rear deck is good. We have never started it due to the electrical problem and sons loss of interest almost immediately (he discovered girls and sports) but the motor spins free. The car is complete and I bet could be used as a daily driver with the electrical, fuel system flushed and brakes inspected. I have a clear Kansas Title in hand.
