It turns out that it was just a bad starter that was replaced last week. Now the truck starts perfectly! This vehicle does have some rust but this vehicle will be reliable for many many more miles. $10 cap clamps are needed to fasten the cap to the body if you want to use the cap, just to "Cap City" in the next town and they have them in stock. You MUST use the power lock button to LOCK/UNLOCK the Driver's Side door. The driver's side lock needs to be looked at. I think it is just a little worn from over use.
