This is a 2001 BMW 540i DINAN Sport 6 Speed Manual Transmission. The color is JET BLACK with Grey Leather Interior. I purchased it with 56k miles. It has been serviced its whole life at Habberstad BMW in Hungtington where it was first leased New and then sold as a CPO. I have a folder of service records and even more are on file at the dealership. All 4 keys are included as well as the Original sticker. The windows are tinted. Please take a good look at the photos, I can take more if requested. Interior is very clean, only wear is on the driver seat. (Has Sport Comfort seats which are highly adjustable) Exterior is pretty good for a 11 year old car, front bumper and hood have minor chips, doors 1 or 2 little dings ( hard to even photograph), The windshield has minor chip (see photo) Tires have plenty of tread, and the wheels are in decent condition. Mechanically the car has always been properly maintained at the dealership- Oil changes and spark plugs regularly. Over the years I have replaced a few major parts like the radiator, power steering pump, and the alternator. Recently the rear brakes were replaced. The Original Clutch was replaced at the dealership at 52k miles, the current one has over 120k miles on it. (As you can tell this car is babied.) Because of such high mileage on the clutch I believe it is on its way out. The car drives and shifts fine but when clutch pedal is depressed fully it makes a squeaking noise. Its not affecting the drive ability of the car but it is making noise and probably due for replacing in the near future. Other then that the car is mechanically sound and has no error messages on the dash. I brought the car in to the BMW dealership last month for a state inspection and it passed with no problems Currently the car is a daily driver of 20-40 miles a day commuting so the mileage will be slightly higher then listed. So I want to be clear: I'm not a mechanic so I can only Describe what the condition of the car is based on how it drives. I drive the car 40 miles everyday presently, all gears shift. Clutch makes noise and changes as you push the pedal. Its a sign of it being worn it has 120k on it.
