This has been a nice dependable car for us, until it stopped running a couple of weeks ago. It simply cut off going down the road, with no warning. It tries to crank and the motor turns over, but it won't start. I suspect that it jumped time, but I haven't had a mechanic check it out. This was a spare car for us, so we decided not to fix it. If you have mechanical abilities, it would be worth fixing. The car has 191,710 miles on it. The body and interior are in good shape, although the paint is beginning to peel in a few spots. The automatic transmission shifted smoothly, and the car had no problems at all before it quit. The A/C works, but needs freon. It has delay wipers, power door locks and power windows. The driver's window would not roll down. We put a matching set of Michelin XRadials P205/70R14 on the car a few months ago, so they are almost new. The motor is a 3.1 liter V-6, and it was getting good gas mileage. I hate to scrap this car and have it crushed. The tires alone are worth the money. Please keep in mind the car is NOT running, so it must be towed. We can deliver within a 100 mile radius, for a reasonable fee. You are welcome and encouraged to check the car out before bidding.
