The truck itself is a hard to find 1955 Chevy, "Big Window" Engine is a built Chevy 350, high nickel content block, 4bbl Holley carb, cam, 302 heads, fender well headers, vette aluminum valve covers, very, very strong runner. Comes with many extra hard to locate parts if ever needed. Trans is a built-up TH350, all heavy duty inners making for a very strong tranny. Truck also has a 3000 stall converter for added performance. Heavy duty rear end also on truck making for a strong drive train. Truck also has a Camaro front clip, (done right) giving you great suspension, power steering and power disc brakes. Tilt steering wheel also. New $500.00 roll pan just installed on rear to make overall lines smoother making for a great look. Dual exhaust with custom tips. Brand new tires and new custom chrome wheels with inserts all around. Truck has a very nice slight rake to it which looks great on this style vehicle. All around a very nice and desirable style hot rod that will only increase in value over time. Hood is a late 55. Towards the end of the build run on 2nd series 55's, Chevy started using what was to become the 56 hood. The bed is a 56 styled after the fiberglass Cameo truck. This bed is a short bed steel bed called a "fleetside" model. Looks way cooler than the square step-side bed on most trucks. It has a nice straight run to it on the sides and matches the slight rake of the truck great. The paint is in fair shape and could use a waxing. This truck could use a little touch up here and there.
