this Mercedes is a 1995 E300 Diesel...for those of you who dont know this is the only year for this car with a 6Cylinder Diesel and its one of the best engines Mercedes has ever built. Im currently getting 500 miles to the tank in the city, on the highway im getting about 35-37 mpg, so its about 550-600 to the tank. Again this is a rare car. I just hit 117,000 miles and counting, this means its a baby for a diesel. Ive heard of this car going over a million miles as taxi cabs overseas. these cars are bullet proof! I mounted new Michelin Ice tires all around, they got me through that one Show storm in NJ when it was a state of emeregency. i was driving from the shore to trenton on back roads. i was the only RWD car out and no i didnt get stuck. this car cruises on the highway at very high speeds like a dream. the car has fresh paint and new updated mirrors with blinkers and headlight wiper delete MOD( makes the car more presentable with no headlight wipers). new inspection! fuel filter has been replaced at 112k miles( its important to do in diesels) The interior needs a detail and I currently have seat covers on. The drivers side window regulator does not work. The car also had new struts recently put on glow plugs replaced at 100k miles coolant flush trans flush Mobile Delvac oil change due in about 3k miles New Engine Mounts New Radiator New Fan Clutch New water pump S600 style grill On Mar-30-11 at 21:36:46 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to mention I also replaced: New battery and its still under warranty New Upper coolant hose New lower coolant hose Please excuse the poor quilty pictures the car is dirty and the lighting is'nt the best so you cant see the nice true color of the car. the rear bumper looks like it has yellow marks, thats from a dirty used tire in my garage used as a bumper so i dont back into the garage wall. I get a lot of compliments on this car On Mar-31-11 at 21:13:26 PDT, seller added the following information: I do realize the SRS light is on BUT I do have a new airbag module which is included! ( the dealer diagnosed this ) I never ended up installing it because I never got around to it, currently it's just sitting in the trunk.
