Your bidding on a 1941 Ford American LaFrance Fire engine. I purchased this truck from the Westport Ct. Vol. Fire Dept. It was there parade vehicle for many years. It is fully equiped with hose's, nozzles, oak ladders and other vintage fire fighting equipment.Its in very good condition for a truck its age.It has a flat head v8 engine that runs like a swiss watch.The body has a few blemishes but is very presentable.A good wash and wax and she would look like new. The tires are dry rotted but hold air.It runs and drives great. It also needs a exhuast system.I have been a fireman for many years and no longer have the time or the space to store this vehicle. It deserves a good home with someone who has the time to enjoy it.
