1990 Cadillac Alante It is safe to assume that you already know that this is an automotive work of art. Pininfarina coach work is timeless. This Caddy is still looks modern, 22 years later. The body on this Allante is rust free. The most severe damage to the entire body are door opening dings. I am listing this car as a 100% complete, running, drivable, parts car. In other words it has been a driver. The car has been in storage for several years and the Owner has passed on. I bought the car from the estate and do know that the Owner did not want to part with the car. The family was going to keep it but after starting it up and finding the oil seal was dry, that plan changed. Known deficiencies: Front cover seal on motor is now leaking from the seal drying out. Front seat leather is worn out The back glass latch does not work, all parts are there and it does make sounds. Top is torn from both hinges Needs new tires Radio is questionable Sun visors have been removed and they are with the car. No missing parts. Minor nick/nack stuff that you find on every Caddy. THE GOOD With the exception of the oil seal the engine is fine. Starts and runs like it should. No smoke or sounds. Punch the gas and light the tires, no problem. Transmission is fine and shifts perfect. All running gear works. The brakes work but the computer says brake light right side. All windows work, all glass is good. This Florida car has always been garage kept. Overall the car is in very good condition. The body is excellent and only could use a fresh coat of pearl white. You can repair this car or donor it for your baby. I put a opening bid of two grand. If it doesn't sell for that, the Caddy gets a new seal, tires, radio, sun visors and leather seats and you will see me pimping down the interstate on my way to the Beach, with the a/c on and the top down. I got a feeling I am going to regret selling the Caddy. You can ask questions if you like. I honestly don't know much more than that.
