1974 SAAB 99 RALLY CAR The Saab was converted to a rally car about 1980. It ran in numerous rallies from the early '80's through the early '90's. It was last rallied in 2004. The car has not been restored. It is just like it was when rallied in the '80's and '90's. Modifications include: Engine - Rally cam, VW GTI forged 10:1 pistons, Chrysler rod bolts, Exhaust header, K+N air filter.Chassis - Rally springs and shocks, Urethane A arm bushings and reinforced shock mounts.Body - Roll cage, Racing seats, 5pt seat belts, Window nets, 2 fire extinguishers, Added instruments, Engine skid plate.Wheels and tires - 11 mounted 15inch tires on alloy wheels. 6 15 inch tires not mounted. One 15 inch alloy wheel with no tire. - 11 tires are Michelin X 14/62-15 for competition purposes only. - 6 tires are Bridgestone Potenzia 185/70 HR RE38 - 2 tires are Bridgestone Potenzia 185/70/R15 Rally Sport. - Wheels are 6 Saab and 6 Subaru all 15 inch alloy. Also included with the car are several manuals and some history [see photos], numerous spare parts [see photos] . The car is driveable and is street legal. May be a bit loud for some areas. It is not a restored car. It has some rust behind the front wheels and in the door bottoms on the inside which is not very visable on the photos. Everything shown in the pictures goes with the car. The Saab is sold as is where it is with no warrantee. Buyer is responsible for transportation of the car. A $500.00 deposit is required within 24 hours by pay pal. The rest is to be paid within 7 days with cash, wire transfer or cashiers check. Car is to picked up within two weeks of the auction close. Good luck bidding.
