N0 reserve I will sell this to the highest bidder!! I bought this car from a woman whose husband had passed away.She explained to me that the 38,000 were the actual miles.It was a one family owned car that her father in law had bought new in 1967 and later passed on to his son (her husband).It was his pride and joy.To describe this car as nice is a understatement.It looks like a 5-10- year old car not 44 years old.It is a unrestored true survivor.The body is in great shape and as straight as can be.The engine compartment is very clean and looks like new.The trunk is in awesome condition.The seats, dash, carpets, and door panels look great.Looking at the car up in the air shows the frame as rock solid.This whole car shows the great pride and care of its former owner.I drove this car myself about 15 miles from where I bought it and it drives great.This is not a car that needs restoration, this is a car you can show or would be proud to drive anywhere.Be aware it is a car that is 44 years old and it does have some paint chips that have been touched up.There is also a 1 inch scratch that has been touched up on the drivers door.On both sides at the bottom of the black vinyl top above the trunk there is a small area that his some bubbles under the vinyl.They are not very noticeable.This Electra has the big 430 V-8 with a 4-barrel carb.also factory air conditioning ,power steering, fender skirts, tilt steering wheel,power brakes, center folding armrest, fog lights, bug shield, power antenna, am-fm radio and a under dash stereo 8-track player that I am told is dealer installed option but I am not sure of that. I own an auto buisness in Milwaukee Wisconsin.I do not know alot about old cars.We sell late model imports.In fact I went to this ladys house to buy a later model Jaguar convertible and bought them both because this Buick was so nice.******Please keep this in mind we have over 430 transactions on E-Bay with 100% feed back and we have been a E-Bay member for over 10 years.Do you know why?
