When the garage door opened, I could see this Cadillac was Quality right away. After some negotiating, I drove this car back to the dealership. I headed out and was amazed at how smooth this car ran at stop lights in gear and so quiet and as you went down the road, the transmission shifted just like it should thru all 4 gears,the car felt nice and tight, not a rattle, nice ride and went on down the highway at 60 MPH like dream, only found it to wander some, alignment maybe or go to new Radial tires if you wish. The car ran at half temperature all the time I drove it, you will Love this Car. In looking the car over your going to see a Beautiful Body, older paint, very nice, only a couple chips touched up, but not a bubble or rust spot anywhere. The Original E-Z-E Tinted Glass is Gorgeous, when you see an Original E-Z-E Windshield in a car that is 55 Years old without a star or wiper mark in it, you know the car has been looked after. Original Chrome and Trim is Beautiful, only found light pitting on the 2 quarter moldings and have to be real close to see and the center section of the rear bumper has some little bubbling on the top edge, still shiny, just disfigured a little. We priced the center section at $480.00 if you really wanted it, again, it really does not take away from this cars wonderful condition. Interior is Gorgeous, really should have new clear plastic covers put on them to preserve them in the future,, the Dash is Gorgeous and we just installed a Factory Correct new set of Carpets !. Open the ashtray, never been smoked in and looks like it did in 55 !. Open the trunk, its absolutely new looking in there with an Original spare and Jack. Open the hood, ver nice , clean, pull the Oil Stick out, oil is like its out of the cans !. Underneath, Factory Original, we went ahead and power washed it, detailed it just to preserve it in the future years. Wonderbar Radio is intermittent, works when it wants to.
