1976 912E, with 208,335miles, always garaged. I bought the car in 1991. It had 173,000 miles and was rebuilt at 140,000 miles. New tires: 225 on the front and 245 on the rear, less than 100miles on tires. New rear shocks and headliner. I had the points changed out to conventional rotor cap, no more points and timing to deal with. Replaced all fuel lines with stainless steel braided lines. Stainless steel braided brake lines. Brake calipers where rebuilt and painted red. The rims are off of a 1988 911 and stripped to polished alumimum. Alternator and air box have been replaced in the last five years. It has a sunroof, but does not work. The cables need to be replaced, but the sunroof motor runs good. The engine runs good and strong, no issues. It does have a very small oil leak about the size of dime. The paint was orginally yellow. It was stripped down to bare metal and painted with Sikens paint and a clear coat, except for the engine compartment. Added was steel flares in the rear to match the 911SC. In recent years the line from the rear flare is visible. This will someday need to be stripped and sanded and repainted. The front hood has a bend on both sides. While I was driving, the hood latch was not secure and the hood popped up and bent as the pictures show. Needs new weather stripping around the doors, wind noise at speeds of 50 and higher. The interior has no tears. The dash has no cracks. This car is very reliable- it gets 35mpg. It can take regular gas. I only put premium gas in the car and it runs good. Shipping at buyers expense.
