This is a very nice example of 1998 Mark VIII LSC. It looks great, and it runs great. This Lincoln has just 99,945 original miles on it. It is a lifetime California Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. This Lincoln is loaded with options, including a power moonroof, CD changer and more. Most significantly, this is a true 1998 Collector's Edition Mark VII. This is number 1205 of just 1326 that were built. This Mark VIII was built on the final regular production day for the Collector's Edition: June 26, 1998. The "White Pearl" paint shines all around, and there aren't any notable dents or dings on the body. Autocheck does show an accident in California back in 2006. We've checked the car over, and all we can find is one small spot on the corner of the rear bumper that has been painted - probably from a parking lot incident. The paint on the rest of the car is all original. Looks great from any angle. Exterior features include chrome wheels and a body-color grill. The interior is in very good shape, obviously a reflection of the low mileage on the car. Both front seats have power controls, and the driver's seat has memory. The rear seat is also in fine shape. This Lincoln has some nice luxury and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; Remote entry; Keypad entry (on the driver's door). JBL AM/FM/Cassette Stereo; Power tilt & telescopic wheel; Cruise control; Trip computer; Auto climate control air conditioning; Rear defrost, and much, much more. Safety features include a dual air bags, traction control and anti-lock brakes. There is a CD changer in the trunk. The driver info system displays fuel mileage, a compass, date and time, fuel info and driver and vehicle settings. Options include a power glass moonroof and a HomeLink universal gate / garage opener. The manual is with the car. The original Collector's Edition mats are included as well. There's plenty of space in the trunk. The 4.6 liter V8 puts out plenty of power, rated at 290 hp and 295 lb-ft of torque. Autocheck shows accurate mileage. This car now has 99,945 miles on it. It is being driven, so mileage will be higher by the time the auction is over. There's very good tread on the tires all around. You may pay the purchase price in cash, with a cashiers or certified check or wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards for full purchase price. If you are the winner, a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction is sufficient to hold the car until the remainder can be sent or car is picked up (sorry, we do not accept credit cards or Paypal at this time) .
