NO RESERVE. Bid to win this rare survivor muscle car. You are bidding on a 1970 Ford Thunderbird. This car is a true survivor. 21 years ago the old man that owned this car pulled it into his garage and this car sat in the exact same spot until I purchased it a few weeks ago. This car is mainly all original with only period correct modifications done. It had a state of the art cassette player installed before it was put into storage ( I have an original radio for it as well). This car was kep in dry storage so the body is in great condition. The only real rust is a minor area on the passenger quarter panel. The car has a very straight body and all panels line up like the should. Also the doors open and shut as good as new. All of the glass is good in the car. The car has a 429 Thunderjet engine with automatic transmission and 9" rear end. All of the fluids look good in the car. I recently put a battery in the car to try to crank it. With a battery all of the power options, lights, and everything else on the car seems to work except the passenger window; however, the car seems to have either a bad starter or ignition switch. I would guess the car needs a starter. The interior is in good condition. The carpet looks a good as new. All of the seats are in good condition with only a few bad spots on the driver's seat. I have the original inflateable spare tire for the car also. The car has a brand new set of tires and wheels on them 0 miles of driving. Car is sold as-is where-is.
