Offered is a1926 Speedster. Project is very near complete. It is fully running! I've driven this car down the road and it's a real runner. Turtle deck on the back is and some paint is about all that's left to do. The engine is a fully rebuilt w/ Model A crank, Model A rods, hi comp Z head, improved cam, Model A Winfield intake, commercially rebuilt Strom 81 carb from a flathead V8-60HP, custom built tuned headers, new plug wires, timer loom wiring, Atwater-Kent Dist, new bands, transmission bushings, electric fuel pump, fuel gage, oil slingers (no mag). This engine is running and capable of over 40HP. No radiator is provided, although the pictures may show one. The radiator was borrowed from another car. I have several original radiators that I can provide at no additional cost, but their condition is unknown. The chassis is fully restored top to bottom. The rear end has been fully rebuilt hub-to-hub with new axles. The front axle has all new bushings. All four 21' wheels have been respoked and have new tires, tubes, and flaps. Tank has been cleaned and coated. The body is a new repro country fair racer built by the late Paul Larson that includes the optional skirts. it has interior upholstery panels and as well as the seat and back rest upholstery. Comes with headlight buckets and brackets. There is currently no title for this car. It wouldn’t take much to finish this car.
