• update • battery has been charged and vehicle will crank, just not turn over (still thinking fuel pump??) ••FOR REPAIR OR PARTING OUT ONLY!!!!•• DECATUR, ILLINOIS For Sale is this 1987 Ford Bronco II (Eddie Bauer) CASH ONLY!!!! This vehicle has been parked inside a garage since 2002 due to the fact that it overheated on the Interstate and I believe it to have a cracked head/block??? When started, it does emit white smoke from the exhaust. This vehicle still started just fine up until last summer and DOES NOT start at the moment. This I believe is a fuel pump issue as I do not hear it kick on when turning the key over. (I am not a mechanic so to be completely honest I cannot say if that is the actual reason for this, it is just my opinion.) LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY!!! ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT SHIP OR DELIVER!!! VEHICLE DOES NOT RUN, THEREFORE NEEDS PICKED UP BY THE BUYER!!! IF YOU CAN NOT PICK THIS VEHICLE UP, PLEASE DO NOT BID THEN!!! With the above understood to any potential buyer, let's get on with the info. 1987 Ford Bronco II (Eddie Bauer edition) Color is 2-Tone Brown over Tan Some rust is seen on vehicle but not a lot. Hard to describe the paint job. Hood could definitely use a new paint job and the rest is not bad or just repaint all together. (should be able to tell in pics what I mean) Hanging spare tire on rear of vehicle (swings open to open tailgate) Probably needs new battery. Tires have decent tread on them, but as I said, this vehicle has been garage kept since 2002 so I'm not sure how tires react after sitting that long?? If being bought for repair, this vehicle, when in a running state, is 5 speed manual, 4x4, with functioning sunroof, power seats, power windows and power locks. It also has cruise control, power lumbar, fold down rear seats, sliding hatchback cover and BRAND NEW windshield!! There is NO radio installed. Factory radio was tossed and replaced with aftermarket CD player which was also removed. Again, this vehicle would be awesome for the right buyer who has the time/money to put some care into it. I priced new/remanufactured engines online for around $1300-$1700. It was a fun vehicle for us while we had it but it is time for it to go!
