Up for bid: 1971 Triumph TR6R Bobber. Relisted with a New Look(guess most people don't care for the RATROD style).I bought this bike while working in New Orleans,La. for a Major Corp. Rode it less than a month then tore it down. Completely rebuilt it except for the bottom end of engine and trans.,which was tight and shifted well.Included in rebuild but not limited to:New clutch assy.,new .060 pistons,rings,head redone with new valves,guides,springs,titanium ret/keepers,etc.(Spent much $ at MAP cycle).Later model 750 rockers.19t sprocket.New chain.Exhaust is 1 3/4" custom bent tubes with Harley fishtail mufflers coated inside/out by MCCI JET-HOT in Ms.(More $$) but will never turn blue.Large finned clamps. If you like it loud pull 'em. New Lockhart chrome oil cooler.Amal carb.Electrics include:New battery,New Di-Rect reg./rect.,New Boyer MK-3 ignition,New coils,New ing. switch(2keys),New headlight(small dent in ring),rewired front to back. New Kuryakyn LED taillight.Out front are Triumph forks with Powder coated trees,19"Avon on a Dunlop rim stopped by Triumph TLS brake.Vintage Z-bars on top. Fuel tank is a Triumph slim-line internally coated with aircraft epoxy fuel sealer.Oil tank and battery box are powder coated as are foot pegs,rear hub and brake. Rear is a New 16" Harley style rim laced to a Triumph hub with new chrome spokes running a New Cheng-Shin(SpeedMaster tread). Front and Rear balanced at bike shop.Frame painted Met.Red Base/Clear. Tank and Fenders are Flamingo Black(Flips colors in sunlight)Base/Clear. Artwork on Tank done by Reknown(Infamous) Artist John Webster(SpringHill,Fla.)Bike is 7'4"front to rear,seat height 21". Frame pre-OIF.Bike was ridden less than 400mi.(mainly around French Quarter)then brought home to Fla. when Corp. went bankrupt. Clear Fla. title.
