1983 Ford Future with only 21,760 miles on it (REALLY!). We purchased it from an old lady who rarely drove it, then we rarely drove it. There is a minor cosmetic issue just above where the driver's side rear tire is (my son got too close to something and scraped it - see picture). Also, the interior ceiling is coming detached. Car has air conditioning & Cruise Control. Runs well. Car is pick-up only, there is a local tag place that we can use to transfer the car. People keep asking why I'm selling the car - Here you go: I have a house that needs a bathroom renovation. It's that simple - I need the money. The car was to be my "fun" car...oh well...not anymore. Inside - my husband cleaned it, not detailed by any means. Smells like kids drove it. Two of our kids drove it for a while. The last time it got inspected - it sailed through. It's old - but it's legit. I just need the money. It's not pristine. A good detail and some shampoo on the seats and you'll be really happy. This was owned by a friend's mother in law. It's really been driven only a couple of months in the years we've owned it. It's silly to let it sit when I need money for a bathroom. FAQ's: - Any rust on the car? Nothing significant; none underneath & no 'cancer' - Why are you selling it? Has been sitting virtually unused for the past few years (except for short trips to prevent dry rot, keep battery charged, etc.) and we need the cash for a home improvement. - How long have you owned it? We've had it since August 2005. The previous (first) owner was an elderly woman (mother-in-law of a friend). - Are there any items not working on the car, (headlights, taillights, etc.?) Checked headlights, taillights & turn signals - all worked (didn't check brake lights, as I was home by myself). Brakes could probably stand a 'bleeding'. - How old are the tires and are they cracked? Not sure of the tires ages, but there are 4 good tires (front ones could stand to be replaced, but I have replacements for them).
