Hey everyone! I am selling my Acura. It is 12 years old now and I have had it since 2001. It had 45K miles on it when I bought it (10 years ago last month on Ebay actually) and I put another 155K or so during my tens years of owning it. Most of those miles were on interstate 81 when I lived on the Virginia/Tennessee border and that was the only way to get anywhere. So the car's engine is still amazing and running along surprisingly well. I have never missed a scheduled oil change in the decade that I have owned it. I would guess that is the major reason why it has never stalled or hesitated once. The features are pretty standard for a car of this class. I just wanted to mention that the Bose stereo still sounds awesome after all this time. The car also has tinted windows. Now to the bottom line: Bad: 1. Crack in the windshield. I got that a few months ago when I knew I would be selling it and chose not to fix it. 2. The brakes need a little work. The brake light comes on periodically but the brakes work just fine. I still drive it to work 30 minutes back and forth daily without any problems whatsoever. 3. Typical scars and scrapes from 200K+ miles of driving. See pictures. Good: 1. The Engine is relentlessly great. It still takes off well on the jump and is still an absolute joy to drive.2. Extremely reliable. In 10 years I have had no problems with it starting.3. Most of the miles (70% at least) are from the highway.4. Very comfortable ride. Overall I think it is a great car that you will enjoy! I just need to move on after ten years.
