You are bidding on a 1961 Austin Healey 3000 with electric overdrive with no reserve. The car is complete. The original bumpers and four bumper mounts come with the car. They will need rechroming. The convertible top frame also comes with the car and is under the convertible top boot cover. I also have the windows / side curtains.Mechanically, the engine ticks over nicely. The engine is a 1967 BJ8 engine with HD 8 SUs and matching overdrive unit. I can provide the engine serial number if needed. The brakes have a new master cylinder and rear brake cylinders. The front disc brakes have new rotors. The clutch master cylinder is new as is the clutch slave unit.The interior is new including carpeting and vinyl. The windscreen and chrome surround have been replaced. The gauges are all BJ8 instruments.Trunk half floor was replaced. The gas tank was removed, steamed out, and sealed with a gas tank POR 15 finish. There is also a spare wire wheel and tire.New left and right side full floors were installed as were the left side inner and outer sills as well as the right side sills. Doors, front and rear wings are in great shape as well. The frame was welded where needed. I will also include photos of the frame prior to floors and sills being welded. The car, stripped to bare metal was painted with a PPG sealer, K36 primer, and PPG DCC concept acrylic urethane. Matching paint touch up and paint code number included.The car comes with a North Carolina Bill of Sale and has a clear title as well.Please read terms of payment before bidding.
