Vehicle Detail
Here is a 1949 Ford Custom 4 Door that is 100% original. This car is alittle rough around the edges but is all there and complete for 62 years of life. This would make a great car for somebody to restore or use parts to finish your own project. This was my fathers first car that he bought in 1971 and drove for about two weeks and then parked for the last 40 years. I'm tired of looking at it so I figured I would try to help somebody else out that is looking for a restoration project or parts car. I have the original owners manual that came with the car and the title in hand.On Feb-27-11 at 13:04:10 PST, seller added the following information: Added pictures of trunk and floor panels. The trunk has some surface rust and the floor panels have some minor holes. A lot of the areas still have the factory undercoat on the inside of the car. On Feb-27-11 at 16:13:38 PST, seller added the following information: Also the question was asked if the motor was free or tight and it is free spinning sure if I put a battery and fresh gas in it would fire right up. Thanks for looking BradOn Feb-28-11 at 16:24:10 PST, seller added the following information: For those of you that are bidding if there are any pictures that you would like to request just send me a message. I am not a body man so I'm not sure what pictures are important but the chrome shines up good all door handles and latches work great. The widows crank up and down good so I assume the tracks are good. Needs restoring but from what I know about the car its all there so even for parts if it had it then its in or on it now also have the spare rim and tire for the trunk.
