I am selling my 1940 GMC COE. This is a very nice truck that is very rare and hard to find. Not many left out there. Truck was completed last year. Complete frame off restoration. All orginal except the color. This truck had very little rust before restoration. Frame was sandblasted and repainted. New brakes, brake lines, king pins. Cab was stripped inside and out repainted, all new wiring, new upholstery. Engine was not rebuilt but runs great. It has a inline 6 cyl. with 2 speed rearend. Everything was done right. Painted base coat and clear coat, color is blazing copper metallic and black. New steer tires, recap drive tires. Truck is fitted with a goose neck hitch as I used to pull a trailer with my 37 Ford to the car show (37 already sold). I never finished the exhaust. It is currently running a straight pipe as I was going to put on a crome stack and chrome saddle tanks. But I never finished it. Good Michigan title, this truck runs and drives great.
