Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 For sale is a silver 2001 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT Convertible, WITHOUT ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION. (Which was a 5 speed manual transmission) If you have a wrecked Mustang with a good engine and transmission or want an awesome project car, this is the one for you! This car is immaculate from front to rear. It was driven since new by a responsible adult female, my sister, that was young at heart. Unfortunately, it does happen, the engine started making noise and eventually went out completely. This car has spent all of its time, since new, in south Texas as an occasional weekend cruiser and just recently been brought to central Missouri where I now have it. It is very clean on the exterior and shines up very nice, with no dents or major scratches. I did take a close up picture of the only damage on the car on the right front bumper, paint scratch only. Interior is very clean, no stains, rips, tears on the carpet or seats. Belonged to a nonsmoker and actually still has a little bit of a new car smell. Car always garaged and never in the weather. I’m not going to list every single option this car has, but I’ll try to hit the high points. The tires are Continental ContiExtreme Contact P275/40ZR17 @ about ½ tread mounted on custom chrome wheels with a “keyed” lug nut on each wheel. Everything works on this car, the top is in excellent shape and goes up and down fine with no problems. All original, no modifications done to this car. Power windows, power seats, traction control, MACH 460 Sound System with 6 disc CD changer. Has approximately 44,000 miles on it. I did not apply power due to all the wires disconnected in the engine compartment, so miles may vary slightly. Which I want to say again, this car is being sold with NO ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION AS IS. The rear differential and drive shaft DO go with the car. I removed the engine and transmission and laid all the wires neatly in place and capped and plugged all lines and hoses. Other things that go with the car are: alternator, power steering pump, air conditioning compressor, radiator fan and coolant hoses. I do have all the service records on hand for anything that was done to this car at the dealer, not just engine records. Please feel free to email me for any more information you may need.
