Vehicle Detail
2005 Dodge Ram 2500 I have owned this truck since April 2006, when it had approximately 19K on it. It has 113K, and I used the truck as a daily driver, commuting to work every day, 130 miles round trip. So the majority of the mileage is highway miles, and the truck has been well maintained throughout its life. Numerous additional pictures are available at http://s1197.photobucket.com/albums/aa421/GatorBoudreaux/ The standard information: - 2005 SLT 4x4 Heavy Duty- Cummins Turbo Diesel (325 HP Version)- Automatic Transmission- All power options (windows, mirrors, locks, cruise, etc.)- Taupe Cloth interior- CD Stereo with upgraded Pioneer speakers in the doors (4) (w/ XM Antenna)- Tow Package- Alloy Wheels- Metal storage deck under rear seats- Rear seat storage- Sliding rear window- Heated rear view mirrors- Fold out tow mirrors- Lone Star package trim- Chrome Step Bars- Front Tow / Recovery Hooks- Average fuel economy is about 19 city / 22 highway Added Features: - Pre-paid Oil Changes! The oil changes are attached to the VIN on the truck – service can be completed at any Dodge Dealership. Each oil change is valued at $89 – there are about 6 remaining that are paid for.- Banks Powerpack System: Provides increases of 100 HP and 235 lb-ft of torque, and increases fuel economy by 3-5%. Reference http://www.bankspower.com/products/show/142/6 for more information on this kit. Total kit was approximately $3500 plus installation. o Banks Ram-Air Intake with rechargeable (K&N Style) air filter o Monster Exhaust (4” stainless steel constant diameter) o Economind Diesel Tuner with PDA for ‘on the fly’ adjustments o Techni-Cooler Intercooler System (cooler air = more power) o Monster Ram intake o Monster Muffler - Spray in bed liner- Window Tint (15% Tint)- Aftermarket Sony Stereo CD Player- Hide-away Gooseneck receiver in bed- Chrome bug shield- The complete interior is insulated with Dyna-Mat style sound insulation!- All maintenance was completed at a Dodge dealership, so the maintenance records are in the Dodge database for reference – all recalls and TSB’s are up to date. What it needs: The rear tires are going to need to be replaced soon, otherwise this truck needs nothing! All maintenance was done per the schedule, at the Dodge Dealer. This truck is solid, and has tons of power for towing. I pulled a friend’s gooseneck with his equipment on it just to see how it towed – with 15,000 pounds on the trailer, you knew it was there, but there was ample power to compensate! There are small scratches and chips consistent with a truck that is 6 years old. The mileage is mostly highway miles and those show with some nicks on the front end. There are a couple small door dings, and there are two very small dents in the front and rear bumpers. They look larger and more noticeable than they are, but I wanted to disclose everything about the truck. (see pictures) Overall this is an amazing truck. It has been really difficult to come to the point where I am ready to sell it. I just don’t need it any longer as I am not commuting. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges, delivery charges, or any other related items. I will work with you to assist in shipping by coordinating with your carrier for pick-up, but I am not delivering the vehicle to the port or anything similar. The truck is 'as is, where is' and no warranty (express or implied) is included. I have the truck for sale locally as well, so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. With that said, I am expecting it to sell on here and if you bid, bid to win! The winning bidder will submit a $2000 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance within 7 days of close of auction. All financial transactions shall be completed prior to delivery of vehicle. Payment may be made in case (in person), certified check, bank transfer, or 3rd party financing. There is a lien on the vehicle, so the title will be issued from my financial institution for my signature, and I will forward to you upon receipt. On Feb-17-11 at 13:28:35 PST, seller added the following information: I have updated the photo page with additional photos. They include the interior, dash, carpets, truck bed, and a couple of the scratches on the truck. (See the picture comments for specific locations) While taking the pictures I thought of a couple additional items. The stereo is a Sony with bluetooth and a remote. So you can connect to your phone with bluetooth and play music or make calls through the stereo. I am leaving the brake controller in the truck as well. It was the top of the line unit a couple years ago. (see the pics) I took the steering wheel cover off so you can see the wheel. There is a spot at 10 - 11 o'clock on the wheel that is getting worn. So I put a cover on it prior to the leather getting any worse. The pattern you see in the pictures is from the cover, and should come out with time. The truck bed has cleats at the four corners, down inside the bed. The spray in liner is over the rails. There are some bare spots on the lip of the tailgate that I tried to capture. The pictures of the front bumper show the 'scars' left form ladybugs. Those have been on the truck sine it was new, and you cant see them well unless the light hits them just right. (Which it was for the pictures, so it shows up pretty well. This is only the small trim piece above the bumper that has any damage. Lastly, I called the bank today to get details on how the transaction will work best to ensure we can make this as timely as possible. There are different options depending on how you are paying. If financing, the transaction is smoothest with a bank to bank transfer. Your bank will contact mine to obtain payoff, etc. Once funds are transferred, my bank will take 10 days to release the lien, at which time your bank or I can request the title from the State of Florida. (The truck has an electronic title, so I or your bank can request it once payoff is completed.) If paying cash, we can have your check sent straight to my bank, they will release the title (same 10 day hold) and then I can request and send the title to you. With all the different options there are a couple advantages each way. The advice the bank gave me was complete the sale, and find out how the buyer is paying, and then call and they can help at that point. For anyone that has dealt with them, the title is held by USAA. Anyone that hasn't worked with them, they are very good to work with.
