Vehicle Detail

I will be adding more pictures on Monday. For Sale: 1984 Porsche 944 Silver with black interior. Car was a non runner when I bought it as a project car. I replaced several ignition parts but when I replaced the fuel injectors the car fired right up and idled even better by dropping in some new plugs. I towed to the shop to have clutch master and slave cylinders installed due to the limited access in replacing the master cylinder in the drivers floorboard. After the work was completed the mechanic drove the car and parked it. When I went to pick it up it the car would not crank so I towed it home with a wrecker from work due to being out of money to repair. The mechanic thought it would be a loose crank reference sensor wire. I have not spent much time with it since then but the starter is spinning but not engaged. The starter is new along with a few other things listed below. The car is not currently running. I have since purchased a 1985.5 and now looking to sell the 84. This car does have some work to be done but someone who knows how to turn a wrench could have a great looking car for a minimum investment. The interior besides the seats and dash which all crack is good condition. A dash cap can be bought on Ebay for about $100.00 and original looking seat covers can be had for about $250.00. The car comes with an ignition key but does not fit the doors. A full lock set can be bought on Ebay for less than $100.00. The radio has been removed by the previous owner. The body panels are all straight. All gaps at the doors and hood are straight and true. The paint has a couple small places that need to be touched up. The car is a 15 footer- it looks great from 15 feet but up close there are imperfections. The rear bumper was apparently pushed in (picture) and I have tried to pull it out but I think the bumper shocks are bad. There are no scratches from where it was hit so not sure how it was pushed in. The car comes with original factory Fuch's. These are selling for $600.00 to $700.00 a set right now if someone were looking to buy a car to part out but I hope this car is back on the road someday. I have painted the wheels and they look great from 5 feet but a closer look shows a couple of runs. The tires are original size and look to have less than a thousand miles or so on them. The glass is all intact and the power windows work but move up and down slower than normal. The sunroof was siliconed shut I am guessing due to leaking but does not open or leak now.The hood release is not attached to the body on the interior but can still be used to release the hood. The head lights are working and flip up with a turn of the switch. The power steering pump will need a tensioner and a belt. New parts (receipts included): Mass Air Flow Meter- rebuilt for $325.00; Battery - $120.00; Bosch fuel injectors - $200.00; Starter motor- $100.00; Bosch spark plugs- $10.00; Distributor cap and rotor button- $50.00; Oil and filter- $25.00; Air filter- $20.00; Throttle pressure sensor- $100.00; Clutch Master and Slave cylinders- $190.00 I have tried to be as honest and forthright as possible unlike the previous owner that sold the car to me. Any questions or if you would like to see the car please contact me through Ebay. As I said this car was bought to be a project but my schedule does not afford the time so I purchased the 1985.5 that is ready to hit the road.On Feb-07-11 at 19:48:25 PST, seller added the following information: I also have a set of used but excellent condition plug wires- total of four wires that I have not yet installed. The U-Haul trailer pictured is NOT included in the auction. The winning bidder will need to pay a deposit of $300.00 within 48 hours of auction close through Paypal unless you contact me 24 hours prior to closing to make other arrangements.
