Information on the sell of this vehicle: Vehicle has a clear title for easy transfer. I am the third (3) owner of this car not the second (2) owner as car fax shows. Features: This vehicle also has upgraded front seats, stereo system and 20" rimes. See photos. Condition: Vehicle's stripes show weathering which is hard to see in photos, has a very small bump on wheel fender, one wheel has some curb rash and I guess, discoloring near battery. Study photos for these minor problems. The vehicle runs and drives like a true Shelby GT. It is a real joy to take a drive in and a real head turner. Payment: This vehicle is being sold "as is", no warranty of any kind from seller. I have tried to show in photos any problems to the vehicle and the seller will not be responsible for any defect or damage not in descriptions or photos of the vehicle. This vehicle has been to a Ford dealership recently and has no known problems at this time. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect this vehicle at anytime during this bidding process. Seller reserves the right to stop this auction early due to postings for this vehicle for sale in other venues. This vehicle has a Florida title so buyers in or out of state buyers will have to deal with taxes, title work, etc. on their own and seller will not pay for any of these type of costs. Any questions that you may have email through eBay and I will try to answer or set up a time for you to inspect this vehicle. So, if you have questions before bidding let me know. Any non-paying winning bidder will have negative feedback posted to them and eBay will be notifided. Winning bidder will need to contact seller within 48 hours and make a non-refundable deposit of $500.00 from auction end. The remainder of the balance is due within 7 days of auction end. Only cash in person or certified check (will consider bank wire transfers). Vehicle will not be considered sold and removed from seller until all transactions are concluded and auction price paid in full. If 7 days from end of auction has past without payment vehicle may be relisted by seller and high bidder will have negative feedback posted and eBay will be notified. Shipping: Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Vehicle is to be picked up after full payment within 10 days.
