Includes cover I have a clear title!The Not so Good News...Normal wear/typical for age (surface rust on chrome rack and mirror mounts). Small ding in cowling. (difficult to photograph, since not easily noticeable) On Feb-06-11 at 09:45:50 PST, seller added the following information: The battery is dead, so the electric start does not presently work. I've used the kick-starter since day one and that works great!
